Aricolin Investments S.A., Madrid, registered in the commercial register of Madrid under number A88243480 as the issuer of the fractional bonds 2019, ISIN: DE000A2R28T1 / WKN A2R28T, announces that the option under § 7.1 of the terms and conditions of the bonds to make an early partial repayment of the bonds by ordinary (partial) termination has been exercised on 22 November 2023.
The partial repayment will be made in the total amount of EUR 254,072.00. This corresponds to 14.56% of the original nominal amount. An amount of EUR 145.60 with value date 22 November 2023 will therefore be paid for each partial bond.
